Purchase estimates on product and cart pages are informational. The server records the final normalized USD value and only awards MP after the qualifying event is confirmed. Shipping, tax, duties and gift cards are excluded from eligible merchandise spend.
Profile completion, email opt-in, monthly check-in, post-purchase survey, verified referral and approved product/review-video submissions affect Spendable MP only unless the backend explicitly states otherwise. SMS is not supported. Drop reminders remain unavailable until a real notification delivery integration exists.

Tier MP come from qualifying purchases and determine status. Spendable MP, redemptions, referrals and engagement claims do not increase or reduce tier progress. Tier windows and benefits are verified by the loyalty service.
Friend Pass and Mykonos Credit
Unaffiliated members receive one lifetime Mykonos Credit after their tier unlock is confirmed. It requires a $100 USD eligible merchandise subtotal, expires after 60 days, cannot stack and has no cash value.
Share your existing verified referral link with up to five distinct friends. A friend’s first qualifying order can receive the single highest eligible offer: $15 at $100, $30 at $150 or $50 at $250 USD eligible merchandise.
Friend Pass is not a second referral system. Self-referrals, duplicate friends, duplicate orders and incompatible discount stacking are denied server-side. The referrer’s verified referral identity remains the source of the pass.
Redemptions

One MP redemption per order. MP redemptions do not stack with another MP redemption or an incompatible promotion.
Issued codes and claims are single-use, customer-bound where Shopify supports it, and are never redeemable for cash. The Free Tee and Vault Credit rules are enforced by the backend and checkout eligibility—not by the card copy alone.
FAQ
Does redeeming lower my status?
No. Redemption deducts Spendable MP only.
Why is an action locked?
The server has not yet verified its prerequisite, or it has already been claimed for its allowed period.
When do order points arrive?
After the qualifying order event is verified by the loyalty service.
Why does a purchase estimate differ?
The estimate uses the current item or cart value. The final award uses the server-recorded eligible merchandise amount, currency snapshot and qualification result.
How do referral points work?
Use your username or chosen referral slug. The server denies self-referrals and duplicate qualifying conversions, then awards the configured Spendable MP after the referred order qualifies.
Can I claim the same engagement reward twice?
No. Profile, email and monthly claims are idempotent; surveys are one claim per eligible order; creator awards are made only once after moderation approval.
What happens to a rejected video or review?
No MP is awarded. Approved original content is logged against the submitting member and receives the configured Spendable MP award once.
Can loyalty benefits be exchanged for cash?
No. Loyalty benefits and issued claims have no cash value.
