These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of this Saint Mykonos storefront and any related pages, customer-account features, loyalty services, purchases, promotions and other services made available by Saint Mykonos (“Saint Mykonos”, “we”, “us” or “our”).
By accessing our website, creating an account, participating in Saint Mykonos Rewards, or placing an order with us, you agree to these Terms.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not use the website or purchase products from us.
Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable law.
The website and online store operate under the name Saint Mykonos.
Saint Mykonos operates as an online retail business.

The online store is operated using Shopify and may use authorised third-party providers for payments, shipping, customer accounts, loyalty services and related functionality.
You must be legally capable of entering into a binding contract to place an order with us.
If you are under the legal age required to enter into a contract in your jurisdiction, you may only use the store with the involvement and permission of a parent or legal guardian.
You must not use the website or our services for unlawful, fraudulent or unauthorised purposes.
We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, photographs, colours, sizing information and other product details are accurate.
However, actual colours may vary slightly depending on your screen, lighting, production process, garment wash, fabric characteristics or other reasonable manufacturing variations.
Hand-finishing, garment dyeing, printing, distressing or similar production methods may also result in minor differences between individual pieces.
These reasonable variations do not affect any rights you may have where a product is faulty, materially misdescribed or otherwise fails to meet mandatory consumer guarantees.
Certain Saint Mykonos products may be released in limited quantities, during specific drops, or for a limited period.
Availability is not guaranteed until your order has been accepted.
We may impose reasonable quantity limits per customer, account, household, payment method, shipping address or order.
Where appropriate, we may cancel or limit orders that we reasonably believe involve:
Any refund due following a cancelled order will be returned using the original payment method unless otherwise required by law.
Submitting an order is an offer by you to purchase the selected products.
An automated order acknowledgement or payment authorisation does not necessarily mean that we have accepted your order.

Your bank, card provider or payment provider may separately charge foreign-exchange or international transaction fees. These charges are outside Saint Mykonos’s control.
The amount and currency confirmed at checkout are the amounts applicable to your purchase.
Applicable taxes may be included in the displayed price or calculated at checkout depending on your location.
For international orders, customs duties, import taxes or other government charges may apply.
Where these charges are not collected by Saint Mykonos at checkout, you may be responsible for paying them directly to the relevant authority or carrier.
We do not control charges imposed by customs authorities.

Payment may be processed by Shopify Payments or other authorised third-party payment providers.
By submitting payment details, you represent that you are authorised to use the payment method provided.
We may carry out reasonable payment, identity, fraud or security verification before accepting an order.
Discount codes, promotional offers, Mykonos Credits, Friend Pass benefits and similar offers may be subject to separate:
Unless specifically stated otherwise, offers have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Offers may not be combined with other incompatible offers.
Where promotional terms conflict with these general Terms, the specific promotional terms will apply to that promotion.
We may cancel or refuse promotional benefits obtained through fraud, technical abuse, duplicate accounts or other misuse.
Participation in Saint Mykonos Rewards or Loyalty is subject to the current Rewards rules displayed through our Loyalty page, Rewards Guide and Dashboard account.
The program includes separate concepts of Qualifying / Tier MP, which determines loyalty status, and Spendable MP, which may be used toward eligible rewards.
MP is not legal tender, electronic money, a bank balance or cash.
MP:
Future program changes must be communicated under the applicable program terms and law. This clause does not authorise retrospective removal of accrued contractual rights.
Where a product or Bag displays an estimated MP earning amount, that amount is an estimate only.
Final MP is determined using the actual eligible transaction value, discounts, refunds, qualifying spend and applicable Rewards rules.
Referral links, Friend Pass benefits and referral rewards are intended for genuine referrals.

Referral benefits may be reversed where an associated order is cancelled, refunded, fraudulent or otherwise ineligible.
Specific Friend Pass thresholds, limits and rewards are governed by the current Loyalty or Rewards rules.
Where an item is clearly identified as a pre-order, the expected release, production or dispatch date shown is an estimate unless expressly stated otherwise.

Where a product is faulty, unsafe, materially misdescribed or otherwise fails to comply with a non-excludable consumer guarantee, you may have rights to a repair, replacement, refund or other remedy depending on the circumstances and applicable law.
Approved refunds are generally returned to the original payment method.
The time required for a refund to appear after we process it may depend on your bank, card issuer or payment provider.
Saint Mykonos does not control financial-institution processing times.
Unless otherwise stated, all rights in the Saint Mykonos website and its original content are owned by or licensed to Saint Mykonos.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia and the mandatory consumer protections applicable to Saint Mykonos and your transaction. Nothing in these Terms prevents you from relying on consumer rights or bringing a claim in a jurisdiction where applicable law gives you that right.
